BARNES REWARDS PROGRAM
- Earn points for every eligible purchase you make at Barnes Wheaton GM South Surrey!
- Use your points to redeem valuable cash rewards and save on your purchases!
- Manage your own Rewards through our Barnes Wheaton GM Rewards App.
- Our Rewards Points can be earned or spent at any of the following locations: Barnes Harley-Davidson - Langley, Barnes Harley-Davidson - Victoria, Barnes Harley-Davidson - Kamloops, Barnes Harley-Davidson - South Edmonton, Barnes Powersports - Victoria and Barnes Wheaton GM South Surrey.
It is free to sign up for the Barnes Rewards program. Any customers who had previously been members of the "Barnes Reward Yourself" program will have their points balances transferred to the new program before the launch. If you did not get a welcome email, please email rewardshelp@barneswheatongm.com your name, email address, and barcode number, and we will get you your access code. It is not possible to use the new rewards program without providing an email address.
Within 24 hours of registering for the new program, customers will receive a Welcome email with their VIP #, details on how to login to the App, and information about how the new program works.
New customers will automatically receive a free $10 reward just for signing up!
REWARDS PROGRAM OVERVIEW
There are 4 Reward levels!
GOLD: All customers start out as a Gold level membership where they earn 10 rewards points for every dollar they spend (10% cash back).
PLATINUM: If you spend $5,000 in a 12-month period, you will be upgraded to a Platinum level membership where you earn 11 rewards points for every dollar they spend (11% cash back).
HERO: Are you a Hero? Do you risk your life to save others? We support our Heroes by upgrading you automatically to the Hero Card level membership where you earn 11 rewards points for every dollar you spend (11% cash back). Bring in your identification in-store to be upgraded.
DIAMOND: If you spend $10,000 in a 12-month period, you will be upgraded to a Diamond level membership where you earn 12 rewards points for every dollar you spend (12% cash back).
All membership levels are locked in for the customer's membership period (i.e., if you achieve Diamond level, regardless of how frequently you shop going forward, you will always be a Diamond level customer). You do not need to maintain a certain spending or points balance, etc., to keep your upgraded membership.
Logging in to the App for the first time?
To link to your membership, go to barnesrewards.vipengage.com. Login using the account that we've created automatically for you, OR login using an existing Windows Live, Google, or Facebook account.

- Once you're logged in, add your card information.
- Enter your Membership # included in the Welcome email (if you did not receive a Welcome email, please contact the dealership at 604-536-7661 or rewardshelp@barneswheatongm.com).
- Enter the Access Code included in the Welcome email (to get this welcome email, call 604-536-7661 or stop by the dealership).
- Click the "Submit" button... that's it! You're done.
