Operational Changes Due to COVID-19

Your GM Service Team at Barnes Wheaton GM South Surrey is adapting daily to meet these difficult times. 

We understand you may feel uncomfortable making a trip to service or repair your vehicle, but we recognize the importance a reliable vehicles makes in your daily lives. 

We are taking every precaution to reduce the spread of this virus, wiping down all touch points in the vehicle both before and after service.

We are encouraging the use of our night drop box for all incoming vehicles and using the phone and internet for communication with our Service Advisor whenever possible. 

We have resumed our safe shuttle operation. 

 We have closed on Saturday's due to staffing reductions. 

For anyone that has an immediate vehicle service need and is unable or hesitant to come to our dealership, we will offer to pick-up and return the vehicle to your home. Payment can be made by phone, and repair authorizations can be provided through e-mail as required. Due to the logistics of this service, we will not go East past 176th street or North past Hwy 10. We hope this helps those that need it. We also ask that if you are sick at all, please do not come to service or request this service.
